Marine Inspiration, a photography portfolio dedicated to capturing the beauty, power, and adventure of the ocean.

Behind the lens is a passionate photographer with years of experience in both photography and water safety. Having spent many years working for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), I have an in-depth understanding of the ocean’s dynamic nature. As a commercially endorsed RYA Boat Helm, I combine my skills on the water with my photography, allowing me to get up close to the action in a way few can.

Photography has been a big part of my life for many years, not just behind the lens but also as a photography tutor in further education, helping others develop their skills. My work is all about ocean sports, sailing, surfing, and landscapes, bringing together my passion for photography and the sea.
